1. Digital Product Disclaimer
Our Premium service includes the generation and delivery of a personalized, one-time data leak report. Due to the nature of digital goods, once the report has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
All sales are final once a Premium Data Leak Report has been generated and sent to the email provided during purchase. This policy is in place because the report is a digital product with sensitive, non-retractable information.
3. Refunds for Failed Transactions
If your payment was processed but did not receive your report within 24 hours, don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We will either:
- Resend the report to your verified email address, or
- Issue a full refund if we are unable to deliver the report.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same report more than once for the same email address, request through our Contact Page within 48 hours, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
